How to Pay
As with everything we do, our payment options have been designed to maximise flexibility and convenience for our guests. We don’t take deposits on corporate housing bookings, although we do hold card details in case of future losses or damages, and deposits may occasionally be taken for leisure bookings or longer stays.
Payments are due in advance, with payment falling every four weeks in the case of long-stay bookings.
Payments can be made using the following methods:
- All major credit and debit cards. American Express cards will incur a 3.5% fee.
- By bank transfer using BACS, CHAPS or SWIFT. For the relevant details, contact us on 01908 802853 or firstname.lastname@example.org
- By cheque made payable to Cotels Management Limited or by cash upon arrival.
We realise that corporate housing bookings are often paid via company accounts, and are happy to invoice companies directly, having made an agreement at the time of booking.
Having made a serviced apartment rental reservation, all guests receive a confirmation e-mail approximately one week before their booking is due to start. This will contain all necessary access information as well as details of where and when to pick up the apartment key and check in. Guests will also be provided with full details of the serviced accommodation they’ll be staying in and a detailed map setting out how to find us.
