     Marcia Gomez – Managing Director
Marcia joined Cotels in its infancy in 1998, helping grow the company to what it is today, taking over from the previous owner in 2009. Marcia takes care of the general management, business development and finances of the company.

      Sonya Hawkins - Customer Relations Manager

Sonya joined the company during it's re-birth as Simply Apartments in March 2009 and is the main contact for reservations, viewings and customer service queries; including marketing and overseeing the general day to day operations.

Our friendly and trust worthy team of house-maids are directly employed by us and are dedicated to providing the highest quality and standards when servicing and preparing the apartments. 
 
Our house-maids are always on hand if you would like extra towels, or if you have any queries in general regarding your apartment.

Maintenance

MAD Maintenance work closely with us on the repair and general up keep of all our apartments, to ensure they are kept in top condition.

They can be contacted on 07538 132174 should you have any personal maintenance, or building requirements.

MAD Maintenance are also supported by the many local plumbers, electricians and other engineers we closely work with, so that any unforeseen maintenance requirements can be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible, with the least amount of inconvenience to our guests.
