The Office

Marcia Gomez – Director
Marcia joined Cotels in its infancy in 1998, helping grow the company to what it is today. Marcia over sees the daily running of the business to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects and also deals with the marketing and financial side of the business. 

Sonya Hawkins - Customer Liaison Manager

Sonya joined the company during it's re-birth as Simply Apartments in March 2009 and is the main contact for marketing, viewings and customer service queries.

Stacey Baily - Milton Keynes & Northampton Administration

Stacey is the newest member of our team and is responsible for the smooth running of the office administration for both locations, including key handovers. She also oversees the operations of our Northampton apartments. 

Our House-Maids

Our friendly and trust worthy team of house-maids are directly employed by us and are dedicated to providing the highest quality and standards when servicing and preparing the apartments. 
 
Our house-maids are always on hand if you would like extra towels, or if you have any queries in general regarding your apartment.

Maintenance

M&D Maintenance work closely with us on the repair and general up keep of all our apartments, to ensure they are kept in top condition.

M&D Maintenance are also supported by the many local plumbers, electricians and other engineers we closely work with, so that any unforeseen maintenance requirements can be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible, with the least amount of inconvenience to our guests.
