When guests book into one of our Cotels Serviced Apartments we provide a weekly maid service who come into clean the kitchen, change bed linen and towels, vacuum, clean bathroom and wash floors. As a management team, we take great strides to ensure that our staff are not only well trained in the jobs they do, but we continually motivate them to do the best job possible.

We encourage our staff to take regular tea breaks to keep refreshed and focused on the task-at-hand. We set very high cleaning expectations so we can’t afford for tired, exhausted members of our team to drop the standards we expect them to achieve.
