How we say thank you to our guests staying in our serviced apartments
Our motto at Cotels is ‘we really do give a duck’ and we do! Along with complimentary slippers, fresh milk, cereal, tea and coffee, we also give each person who stays at a Cotels apartment a free rubber duck as part of our bathroom packs. This, in addition to the service we offer because we really do care about the experience guests have when they stay in one of our serviced apartments. It is also our way of saying ‘Thank You’ to our guests.
When it comes to special events such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Football World Cup or F1 Grand Prix at Silverstone we thank our guests for booking with us by providing little extras in their apartments. This weekend our serviced apartments will be decorated with Valentine gifts of heart-shaped chocolates, tea-lights, bottle of Prosecco, bowl of juicy red strawberries and a Valentine duck to make bath time all the more relaxing.
For each celebration our Ducks are kitted out in an ‘outfit’ related to the occasion – it’s not just about going home with a plastic duck, but rather one that is tailored to the event. A ‘quacking’ memento of your stay with us!
We take on board all of our customer comments and always aim to improve the services we offer. All our apartments now feature Sky’s serviced apartment specific package, which has all channels including Sky Sports and Sky Movies. A great way to sit back and relax at the end of a busy day.
