As with everything we do, our payment options have been designed to maximise flexibility and convenience for our guests. We don’t take deposits on corporate housing bookings, although we do hold card details in case of future losses or damages, and deposits may occasionally be taken for leisure bookings or longer stays.
Payments are due no later than 7 days in advance of arrival. In the case of longer stay bookings we invoice 28 days at at time due to a change in VAT rates. For the first 28 days this is currently 5% and just 1% 29 days onwards, providing there is no break in your stay.
Payments can be made using the following methods:
- All major debit and credit cards including Amex – we will send you a secure payment link. There are no additional fees for card payments.

We realise that corporate housing bookings are often paid via company accounts, so we are happy to invoice companies directly – enquire at the time of booking if you require this service.
Having made a serviced apartment rental reservation, all guests receive a confirmation e-mail approximately one week before their booking is due to start. This will contain all check-in instructions and a detailed map setting out how to find us.
