As with everything we do, our payment options have been designed to maximise flexibility and convenience for our guests. We don’t take deposits on corporate housing bookings, although we do hold card details in case of future losses or damages, and deposits may occasionally be taken for leisure bookings or longer stays.
Payments are due no later than 7 days in advance of arrival. In the case of longer stay bookings we invoice 28 days at at time due to a change in VAT rates. For the first 28 days this is currently 20% and 4% 29 days onwards, providing there is no break in your stay.
